If Windows is correctly configured, the system will create a restore point for each major change that may occur (such as the installation of software or a component for Windows, for example). Over time, these restore points sometimes accumulate unnecessarily.
To clean up your computer, take advantage of the dedicated CCleaner function. Start the program, then click on Tools in the left-hand column and System Restore.
In the center of the window, all the restore points listed are displayed, sorted chronologically (the reason for their creation is also mentioned). Simply select the ones you want to get rid of and click the Delete button.
